Your six-month session tracker

One sheet of paper. Six months of classes. Write a date each time you use a session, do one line of math at the end of the month, and you always know how many you have left.

Free, and completely optional. Print one, or print twenty.

PDF, one US Letter page, 2.3 MB. Or open it in a new tab and print straight from there.

How to use it

Four steps and one line of math

  1. 1

    Name the month

Write the month and year at the top of a box. Box 01 is whichever month you start in, so the sheet never goes out of date.

  2. 2

Write a date for every session

One space per session. Classes and open studio both count, one space each. Classes vs open studio time

  3. 3

Do the bottom row at month’s end

Start is what you had left going in. Added is what your membership added that month. Used is how many spaces you filled. Then Start + Added − Used = Left.

  4. 4

    Carry Left forward

Left becomes the Start of the next box. That is the whole system.

A worked example. A Purple Level Member went into October with 3 unused classes. Their level added 6, and they used 5. That leaves 4, which becomes November’s Start.

Why so many spaces

Sixteen spaces a month, on purpose

No level adds sixteen classes in a month. The extra room is for the months you work through classes saved from earlier. Unused classes carry forward with no cap for as long as you stay a member, so a big month can happen.

Your first box

Put your whole saved balance in Start. Your best honest count is the right number.

More than sixteen

Keep writing dates on the back of the sheet, and count them in Used.

A full sheet

Print a fresh one from this page. The code in the corner of every sheet brings you straight back here.

The honor system

Nobody is checking these

There is no card to scan and nobody at the door with a clipboard. Attendance here runs on trust, and this sheet does not change that. Nobody will ask to see it.

It exists because a count kept in your head drifts, and a stack of saved classes is easy to lose track of. Paper does not forget.

Went over by accident

Talk to staff the moment you realize. If you are staying on next month, we usually take the extra off next month’s allowance and call it even.

Canceling clears the balance

Saved classes never expire while you are a member. Cancel, and every unused class is void, even if you sign back up later. Pausing keeps them.

Print a fresh one

A new sheet whenever you need one

Same sheet every time. Undated, free, and yours to print as often as you like.

  • Print at actual size (100 percent), not fit to page.
  • Black and white prints fine.
  • Keep it where you will see it. The fridge, a notebook, the bag you bring to class.
