A few extra things to know (the membership fine print)...
- You can always upgrade your membership mid-month or the following month, and you can always downgrade your membership next month. You may change membership levels up to twice each year.
- Clay is available starting at $28 for a 25 lb bag (before membership discounts)
- Kiln firings are priced at $0.05 per cubic inch (minimum $4.80)
- All members will be required to sign the online waiver before they can participate at The Clay Hole.
- Memberships renew automatically on the 25th. You can cancel or pause any time by the 24th to avoid being charged for the next month. There are no contracts, just deadlines to cancel.
- There are no refunds on memberships for any reason at any time, including for missed cancelation deadlines.
- We reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time should our studio rules not be kept or problems arise. Should your membership be canceled for conduct or rule breaking, there are no refunds and all items/materials on your shelf will be forfeit.
- If you choose to start mid-month (no matter what time of month), that month will terminate at the end of that same calendar month. You will be charged on the 25th for the following month even if you start toward the end of the month. That being said, your pottery classes never expire (so long as you're a member), so if you want to start late and can't get them all in, don't stress! You can get them in later on.
- Memberships are non-transferable. Every new member must sign-up under their own name, email, and phone number. If you'd like to purchase a membership as a gift, please grab a gift certificate for them instead of signing them up under your info. We cannot make exceptions to this rule.
- IMPORTANT: Our first month deals are offered in good faith so you can give The Clay Hole an honest try. Since we lose money on that first month, memberships canceled before attending a class will be automatically reactivated. You can cancel again after you’ve tried at least one class—this helps keep the discount available for those genuinely exploring our community as a longterm option.
By signing up for membership, you agree to all terms and conditions below and acknowledge that you understand the information found on the FAQs page.
