This is the unglamorous part, and we would rather say it now than leave you waiting on an answer that is never coming. This box goes to one inbox and one head. That only works while it stays what it is.
Anything sent here that belongs somewhere else will not be seen, or it will be ignored. Not out of rudeness. It is just that it is the wrong door, and there is a right one for every single thing on this list.

One of the most challenging parts of running The Clay Hole is that I’m often the last person in the building to find out when someone is a problem or something isn’t working right. Everybody else knew. Nobody said. I hated it, because it’s usually something I could have fixed before it did a lot more damage.
This reporting form exists because of that phenomenon.
Every one of these comes to me. I read the complaints too. Some of them sting a little, and that is fine, because a studio that only ever hears the nice stuff slowly turns into a studio nobody wants to be in. I can’t reply to every one of them, but I promise if it needs a reply you’ll get one. Just understand that I may not see it immediately.
As for the suggestions and ideas, please send them my way. I’m hoping this is the first of hundreds of Clay Hole locations, and so every suggestion is one that I want.
