A collection's bundle is every template in it for 30 to 40 percent less than buying them one at a time, and it keeps growing: each new template in that collection, and every update to one already in it, joins the buyer's downloads at no charge.
Every template at once
All 46 templates come as one order in the full bundle, $308.50 instead of $617. Members logged in to a Clay Hole account download every template free, every collection included.
To draw your own, the University lesson Turning a Paper Pattern into a Three-Dimensional Pot walks through the arithmetic every template is built on.
The ones that come up
What is a pottery paper template
A printable pattern for slab building. Every piece of the pot is drawn flat at exact size, worked out from the finished piece backward through the slab thickness and the shrinkage. Print it at 100 percent, lay it on a slab, cut around it and assemble.
Can a template be in more than one collection
Yes, when it belongs in more than one. Each template page says which collection it is part of and links straight to it.
What happens when a new template comes out
It joins its collection the day it goes live, and anyone who bought that collection's bundle gets the new file free.
Do I need a membership to buy one
No. Every bundle and every single template is for sale to anyone. Members logged in to a Clay Hole account download all of them free.
Which clay do the templates use
Any of the studio's stoneware. Sizes assume 12 percent shrinkage, and each pack carries a size table for clays that shrink 10 or 14 percent. Glaze firings at the studio go to cone 5½.
Can I sell what I make
Yes. The pots are yours. The template files are for your own use and are not to be shared, which is the whole of the terms.
