Pottery Classes for Creative Couples in Utah

Tired of the same old dinner-and-a-movie routine? At The Clay Hole in Draper, Utah, you and your partner can experience something more hands-on, connected, and creative. Our pottery classes for couples offer a refreshing alternative to traditional date nights—one that grows your creativity and strengthens your bond.

Whether you're both new to pottery or one of you is more experienced, you’ll enjoy the relaxed, no-pressure environment of our studio. It's a place to experiment, laugh, and create—together.

A Meaningful Way to Connect

So many couples are looking for something more fulfilling than scrolling side by side or waiting in loud restaurant lines. Our pottery studio gives you quiet time to create, side by side, while learning new skills and building something with your own hands.

  • Wheel throwing and hand-building projects you can do together or individually
  • No prior experience needed—perfect for beginners
  • Calm, respectful environment with zero judgment
  • Encouraging instructors who let you move at your own pace

We also welcome couples who may feel out of place in more traditional Utah date night spaces—including LGBTQ+ couples, former Mormons, and those looking for a more open-minded, artistic community.
