Our monthly membership includes one 3.5-hour class per week. You’ll choose a consistent weekly class time so your brain always knows when and where to go:
- Monday Morning: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Monday–Friday Evenings: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
