Art Therapy-Style Pottery Classes in Draper, Utah
You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t need to talk about your feelings. You just need clay, quiet, and a little space to breathe. At The Clay Hole in Draper, our pottery classes provide the healing benefits of art therapy—without pressure, labels, or expectations.
These sessions aren’t clinical therapy, but they are deeply therapeutic. We create space for you to explore your emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the timeless, grounding process of making pottery.
Pottery as a Path to Healing
- Clay slows you down, gets you out of your head, and into your hands
- No judgment—just freeform creative exploration
- Structure and routine support nervous system regulation
- Studio energy is peaceful, safe, and accepting of all identities
- Make meaningful work—or just zone out and enjoy the process
Whether you're neurodivergent, recovering from trauma, grieving, or simply seeking stillness in a busy world, you’ll find a place here. Pottery doesn’t just fill your shelves—it fills your spirit.
