How to Pause Your Clay Hole Membership

Need a Break? Pause Your Membership Instead!

We get it — life happens. Vacations, busy seasons, school, travel... whatever the reason, we’ve made it easy for you to pause your membership without giving up your spot or losing your shelf!

How It Works

If you need to take a break, just text us at 385-241-5528 and let us know you’d like to pause your membership. Be sure to include whether you want to pause for 1 month or 2 months (two is the max). We’ll take care of the rest.

Pause Fees by Membership Level

To keep your shelf, spot, and clay safe and sound, there’s a small monthly fee during your pause:
    •    Green Level: $25/month
    •    Yellow Level: $35/month
    •    Purple Level: $45/month
    •    Black Level: $65/month

This pause fee is much less than your regular membership fee — and totally worth it to keep your pottery life on hold (not gone).

✅ Your billing resumes automatically — no need to re-enroll or jump in and out of hte system

A Few Things to Know (aka the Fine Print)

• Pauses always start the next calendar month. You will still be able to come finish out your membership the month you cancel.

    •    This program is offered as long as space allows — if shelves fill up, we may hit pause on pausing. If that happens we will let you know and give you time to either resume membership or come clear off your shelf.
    •    If you cancel your membership while on pause, please pick up everything by the 25th of that month or your shelf will be cleared
    •    If you forget to pause and your full membership renews, there are no refunds — but hey, you're still totally welcome to come hang out and make stuff that month!
